Advisory Support

- billed in 15 min increments at $100 per hour. Larger scale projects such as employee handbook creation and review, payroll and benefit enrichment, etc.
HR Setup & Support
/Monthly Retainer
- covering calls or emails to discuss clients HR issues or needs, billed at 15-minute increments at $125 an hour. Projects to be limited to smaller scale issues such as setting up an I-9 book, job descriptions and classifications, etc.
Beyond that I hope to earn your business by offering staffing services billed at 20% markup (depending on the position and nature of work) and a $50 per position marketing fee. This is well below market value in the Phoenix area and I am excited to offer it to your clients as an added benefit.
