Outside Sales Representative

A & M Staffing is seeking a motivated and dynamic Outside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities within the Phoenix, Arizona area. As an integral part of our sales team, you will develop relationships with potential clients, promote our staffing services, and deliver personalized solutions to meet their staffing needs.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
• Achieve sales targets and goals set by the company.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record in sales, with at least 2 years of experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed and exceed targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in staffing or related industry is a plus.

This position offers a competitive base salary of $50,000 annually plus bonus and commission based on performance.
